Although originally designated as 'Mahabharata' by the Museum staff, this looks like part of the Arjunawiwaha, showing Arjuna's defeat of Niwatakawaca. Top right: Arjuna and Suprabh; Bottom left: Arjuna and Suprabha report to Indra and the other gods; top scenes, the armies of the gods, led by Arjuna, attack Niwatakawaca's palace. Arjuna fires his paśupati arrow at the demon king.
