| Abstracted summary |
The scene depicts the decapitation of Kala Rahu. Above we see his head flying into the air between the sun and moon gods who have drawn attention to Kala Rahu as he drinks the nectar of the gods?? I am not sure of the identity of the other figures in the painting. [ref PW 2005]. Attributed by Forge to Badung, but may be from Batuan (AV).
