Battle of Rawana and Jatayu

1. In the scene on the right which dominates the painting we see depicted in the upper left Rawana mounted on Wilmana and carrying Sita in his arms. He looks downwards to the right at the bird Jatayu who attempts to prevent him from carrying Sita away. 2. In the upper right hand corner of the painting we see Rama with the two parekan, Twalen and Mredah kneeling before him. Rock motifs are outlined across the bottom of the painting. [ref PW 2005]
