The text number 41 and the title appear in various lists, but never with Togog's name. However it fits the picture B651, and on the back of that picture GB wrote that the artist dictated the story when he sold him the first picture.)\n1. There was a very poor man named I Kanteroengan. His daily work was fishing. Every day he would go out to fish with a sau, a small net on a stick. On the road he met someone selling a cat and a mouse and he bought them both.\n4. The story goes that when he got to the stream, he started to fish with the net. When he was tired of netting fish, he paused under a tree. Just then a dangerous whirlwind arose. All the animals ran away.\n7. Then I Kanteroengan heard a sound of hissing coming nearer, and then a moment later came the great snake I Naga Taksaka.\nThe snake said, Jero! Please help me. Cover me up so that I can't be seen! [in very polite words]\nSince I Kantreroengan was indeed never mean (pdstad) to unfortunate people, he quickly looked for some rubbish to cover up I Naga Taksaka.\nAfter the wind died down, the snake came out. He said,\n[politely] Yes, jero, since you have helped me, come with me now to my home. Ride on my tail.\nSo I Kantroengan climbed up on the snake's tail, and then the snake went home. When he came in front of his cave, the snake's servants all came. I Kantroengan was frightened, thinking that they all wanted to eat him. But he was not hurt. When they went inside, I Kanteroengan was given a ring. The snake said,\nWell, jero, now I'll tell you about this ring. When you put this ring in water, and you put some leaves over the water, all those leaves will turn into gold.\nI Kanteroengan accepted the ring, and then went home.\n
