| Description |
A demon, right, stands with legs apart and arms out. The surrounding trees etc show a great force is coming from the demon. In front of the demon, and central to the work, is a raised pavilion with three figures behind it, all seem to be women, although only the front two are clearly shown. Immediately in front of the demon is a standing royal female figure, with hair down and hands clasped together in meditation. A woman with exposed breast is behind her. The first woman is obviously fighting off the demon. There is a shrine behind the demon and a man nearby, who may be a leyak. Behind the central pavilion is Bima, partly hidden by foliage but larger than the other figures. Below him Twalen and Mredah cower, and a woman seems to be retreating. There are two other men at the bottom of the scene, with a flaming cauldron.

| Abstracted summary |
Has a Pita Maha number on the back. The use of colours and Dutch provenance indicate this could have been one of the works Bonnet brought to Europe in 1937-38, and possibly sold via Van Lier.
