Holy water for the ricefields

Scenes of the cycle of rice growing, including burning the harvested field, keeping buffalo in fallow fields, ploughing and flooding the fields. A key part of this narrative is the recurring figure of a pamangku (temple priest) who is sprinkling holy water on the field, illustrating the link between agriculture and religion.
