| Description |
Various activities around a death ritual are happening in a courtyard. On the left a pedanda (high priest) performs his holy water ritual in one pavilion, with two people (male and female) in attendance. In the centre is a closed building (gedong), with a man sitting on the step looking dejected. Below it, to the right, is a pavilion with three women and a wrapped corpse. There are offerings around the corpse, and 25 people seated around, most of them making a gesture of homage with flowers (muspa) to the corpose. One man sits to the right in a granary. There are various animals and birds aorund, and above the central pavilion is a gender ensemble and men seated. The largest figure, above the man sitting on the gedong, is a leyak or were-being, suggested that the man is responsible for malevolent magic (perhaps that killed the deceased?).

| Abstracted summary |
A powerful work. It is signed and dated on the back, and the style is consistent with Tombelos' other work.
