Extended description
FILE: TEXT B463\n\nSATUAN SANG GAGAKAKING TEKEN SANG BEBUKSAH\n\ntold by Ida Bagus Sanoer Tampi, Sept. 23 37\n\nSang Gagakaking and Sang Bebuksa were meditating on top of Mount Maha Meru. They had meditated long and fully. They had been told to meditate by teir father, Ida Betara Siwa, and their mother, Ida Betara Sri.\n\nGagakaking said to his brother, Oh, younger brother, if you are successful in your meditating before me, bring me [home] with you.\n\nWithout saying more, the younger brother did succeed in his meditation first and he was invited by Sang Mong to go home.\n\nWell, Sang Mong, where shall we let my older brother sit? \n\nWell here, on the tip of my tail.\n\nSo then suddenly they were home, and they went before their father.\n\nIda Betara Siwa said, Well, little ones, you have just come home from your travels and your meditations. Now I will divide up my property between you. As brothers you must agree.\n\nYes, honored father.\n\nSo, I will divide it all up into two parts.\n\nWithout saying more, he divided up all the sacred books and the rituals, those for the Siwa priests and those for the Buda priests.\n\nBut the brothers could not read the sacred books and so they went to back to their father and asked him.\n\nWell, little ones, the lower ones belong to the younger brother [Bebuksah — Buda} and the upper ones I give to the older brother. [Gagakaking - Siwa]. The whole world.\n\nThat's the end.
