| Description |
This is earlier stage in the story of the ancestry of the Pandawas. Pramatana is the son of the heavenly beings (widyadari and widyadari) Menaka and Wiswawasu, the woman and man on the right, who abandon him because they want to follow their own pleasures. Here Menaka angrily points at her son for spoiling her fun. Pramatana is discovered by a priest and brought up by him, and perhaps the bird of the paradise shown flying above him signals his future upbringing.
